To respect both your time and mine, please review the cancellation guidelines below:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Any cancellations made after this window will result in the loss of your deposit.

• Payment is required at the time of service.

• No-call/no-shows will automatically forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay a fee before booking again.

• A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in the appointment being cancelled and the deposit forfeited unless rescheduled.

• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once if you reschedule within the allowed time frame.
