Policy and Terms

A $11.85 NON-REFUNDABLE booking deposit . is required when booking your appointment. THIS WILL NOT GO TOWARD THE SERVICE. If sick I CANNOT serve you, but will gladly reschedule once you feel better! MON - WED are for WAX & LASH SERVICES ONLY. THURS + FRI @ 7AM are for LOC SERVICES ONLY. PLEASE BOOK ACCORDINGLY. Clients may CANCEL or RESCHEDULE appointments up to 24 hours before start time. LOCS: ARRIVE WITH CLEAN HAIR. BLOWDRY FOR NON-LOC SERVICES. LASHES: PLEASE ARRIVE WITH CLEAN LASHES & NO CAFFEINE PRIOR YOUR APPOINTMENT! WAXING: WEAR LOOSE CLOTHING, DONT SHAVE FOR AT LEAST 2 WEEKS BEFORE APPT, TAKE PAIN RELIEF (IF NEEDED), NO CAFFEINE PRIOR. Unexpected delays can happen so a 15 minute grace period is provided. Period after the grace period. There will be a late fee of $15. NO-SHOWS AREN’T acceptable of this occurs a 50% of your services MUST be paid. NO guest allowed unless they have an appointment!
