Bookings are confirmed at the time of booking, and Platinumluxebeauty may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion; a 10-minute grace period is provided and arrival beyond that may incur a $25 fee. Payment is due at the time of service and is required to be paid in cash . Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment, and should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
