TERMS & APPOINTMENT POLICY At Pins & Strands, we want every client to have a smooth and quality experience. To help us provide the best service possible, please take a moment to read our appointment policies before booking. APPOINTMENT DEPOSIT A €15 deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable. WIG INSTALLATION & SEW-IN APPOINTMENTS For all wig installation and sew-in appointments, wigs ,bundles closures or frontals must be provided at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. This gives us enough time to prepare everything properly before your appointment. RESCHEDULING We understand that things can come up and plans may change. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us via WhatsApp or email at least 48 hours before your appointment time. Appointments that are rescheduled within less than 48 hours’ notice may not be accepted, and the deposit may be forfeited. WIG SERVICES Wigs booked for services such as coloring, wig making or other treatments must be provided at least 5 days before the agreed collection date. This allows enough time for your wig to be properly worked on and completed to the expected standard. NEW WIG CUSTOMIZATION If you are booking an appointment with a new wig that requires customization, please make sure to add CUSTOMIZATION to your booking. New wigs that require customization must be provided at least 2 days before the appointment date. Customization is not included in the standard installation price unless stated otherwise. CURATED & SPECIALTY STYLES Some hairstyles require additional time, creativity, and attention to detail. Services that include curated or intricate styles, such as French rolls and similar specialty looks, come with an additional €20 styling fee. Where applicable, this fee will be added to the cost of your service. GUEST POLICY To keep our salon environment comfortable and focused, clients are kindly asked to attend their appointments alone. An additional guest is only permitted when the appointment has been booked as a twin booking. IMPORTANT WIG SERVICES Wig Coloring, Wig Revamp, Wig Reconstruction, Wig Laundry, and Wig Construction ,customization requires wigs to be left with us for a few days. The time booked is only for drop-off or consultation. You will be notified when your wig is ready for collection.
