Policy and Terms

DEPOSITS Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits go toward your final balance. Consultations All permanent color and extension services require a consultation prior to scheduling an appointment. After the consultation, a 50% deposit of permanent color or extension services is required when booking. CANCELLATIONS We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully require 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes to the service scheduled. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 notice deposit is non refundable. No Show/Late Cancellation 48-hour notification to cancel an appointment is required via phone call, voicemail, or email. No shows, late arrivals (after the grace period of 10 minutes) and late cancellations (less than 48-hour notice) will result in an automatic lost of deposit .
