Payment Method: All payments for photography services must be made via Apple Pay or Cashapp to the phone number 352-286-7548 Payment Deadline: A direct same-day payment is required to confirm and secure your appointment. Payments must be made in full at the time of booking to lock in your session date and time. Until payment is received, the appointment is not guaranteed. Deposit Option: If you are unable to make the full payment immediately, a minimum deposit of $10 will be tolerated to hold your spot. The remaining balance must be paid in full before or at the time of your session. Failure to pay the balance will result in the cancellation of the appointment. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Payments for cancelled sessions are non-refundable. Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your original session time. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be done within 30 days of the original appointment. Late Payment: If full payment (or remaining balance) is not received by the time of the scheduled appointment, the session will be considered invalid and cancelled, and no services will be provided. Non-Payment: Failure to make a payment through the designated platforms (Apple Pay or Cashapp) may result in your session being rescheduled or cancelled. By booking your session and submitting payment, you acknowledge that all services and deliverables are subject to the terms outlined herein. Photography Services are provided as agreed, with no additional fees unless otherwise specified in writing.
