Clients(you) may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Changes after the 24 hour mark will forfeit the deposit for the appointment. Please add photo/s of your inspiration so I can prepare for your appointment! You may absolutely message me with any questions/inquires about designs :) When booking, if you are seeking design/art, please add a level of art to your service in order to book the enough time for the full service! Don’t stress too much about being accurate with the art level, give it your best guess🤍 The important thing to note is that is without adding art to appointment, you will be booked for one color gel polish, and there may not be enough time to do art if it wasn’t booked :( Transparently, I can run a bit late/over with appointment times for various reasons. I allow a 15 minute grace period for both myself as well as my clients. If I am running over 15 minutes behind, clients receive a 15% discount. Vice versa, if clients are over 15 minutes late, a 15% charge will be added to the service total. (Full full transparency, I rarely charge a late fee, and I can always use a little more time, just shoot me a text to let me know :) Please find someone to watch your little one’s as you will be unable to interact with them during appointments. Teens and kiddos who are able to sit in on appointments without disrupting are welcome within your best judgement! My space is safe for clients of any race, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, gender identity, etc. As such, I reserve the right to cease any and all services with clients if I deem the communication or energy has become inappropriate or hostile for myself or anyone else that is or would be in the salon! I love having conversations with people and learning about each other, however I do not split focus very well while I’m working. For the sake of time and quality, I will get pretty quiet pretty fast, but please know it’s absolutely nothing personal! Feel free to bring in earbuds/headphones or set up a video or movie for yourself to watch, whatever is most comfortable for you will be most comfortable for me!🤍 You all are wonderful, thank you for choosing to support my art and trusting me with your nails🤍🥳
