We’re not just maintaining locs—we’re preserving culture, confidence, and legacy. ☀️🌺 Phenomenal Rate – Microloc Retie @ $50/hour 🧡 2-Hour Retie (up to 2 hrs) – $100 Ideal for light growth (4–5 weeks) and lower-density locs (generally under 200). 💛 4-Hour Retie (up to 4 hrs) – $200 Typically fits 6–7 weeks of growth for 200–300 locs. 🩷 6-Hour Retie (up to 6 hrs) – $300 Common for higher density (300–450 locs) or 7–9 weeks of growth. ❤️ 8-Hour Retie (up to 8 hrs) – $400 Reserved for 400+ locs, 9+ weeks of growth, or when light repairs are needed. 💜 Custom Retie – $50/hr For reties over 8 hrs. Requires advance discussion. 🚨A $25/week surcharge applies for growth beyond 8 weeks. ✨ Rate applies to reties within 8 weeks of your last appointment. Additional fees will apply for excess new growth. 🩶 Phenomenal Mini Repair (Up to 2 hours) - $100 🤍 Phenomenal Restorative Repair (Up to 3 hours) - $150 💳 A $30 non-refundable retainer is required to secure your appointment. 📹 A video consultation is required before booking your first appointment. Policy and Terms

Phenomenally Loc’d Booking Policies & Terms By booking an appointment with Phenomenally Loc’d, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following policies. ⸻ Appointments & Retainer • All appointments must be booked online. • A $30 non-refundable retainer (Zelle) is required to secure your appointment and is applied toward your total balance. • Appointments are not confirmed until the retainer is received. ⸻ Cancellations & No-Shows • Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations within 7 days of your appointment result in forfeiture of the retainer. • No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged 20% of the scheduled service and may lose future booking privileges. ⸻ Late Policy • Please arrive on time. • A 15-minute grace period is allowed. • Arrivals after 15 minutes may result in reduced service time or appointment cancellation with loss of retainer. ⸻ Payments • All services must be paid in full at the time of service. • First-time clients: cash only. • After 3–5 completed visits, approved electronic payment methods may be accepted. • NO REFUNDS on services. Why Cash & Limited Electronic Payments? Accepting cash and limited electronic payment methods helps keep pricing fair and avoids additional processing fees—allowing me to provide intentional, high-quality service without added costs. ⸻ Service Rates • $50/hour covers up to 8 weeks of new growth. • A $25 per additional week surcharge applies beyond 8 weeks and is added to the standard hourly rate. • Please plan accordingly to avoid additional charges. ⸻ Home-Based Studio Policy • Phenomenally Loc’d operates from a private home studio in Virginia. • The address is provided after booking confirmation. • No extra guests, children, or pets unless approved in advance. • Disrespectful or unsafe behavior will result in immediate termination of service without refund. ⸻ Health & Liability • Clients must disclose all allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to service. • Services are provided at your own risk. • Phenomenally Loc’d is not liable for reactions or results due to undisclosed conditions or improper aftercare. ⸻ Right to Refuse Service • Phenomenally Loc’d reserves the right to refuse service for policy violations, safety concerns, or inappropriate behavior. ⸻ Agreement By booking with Phenomenally Loc’d, you electronically agree to these policies and terms. ⸻ Thank you for supporting this small, independent business and honoring your loc journey with care and intention.
