At Perrita Bonita Pet Grooming, my goal is to provide a calm, luxury one-on-one grooming experience in the comfort of your home while prioritizing your pet’s safety, comfort, and wellbeing at all times. Appointments are by reservation only and are reserved specifically for your pet, therefore cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Clients must provide access to water, an electrical outlet, and an open space for my grooming table and equipment. For the safety of all pets, dogs must be free of contagious illness. I reserve the right to refuse or stop services at any time if a pet becomes aggressive, overly stressed, or unsafe to groom. Severely matted coats may require shaving for humane and safety reasons, as matting can cause pain, skin irritation, and other underlying issues; by booking, owners acknowledge and accept these risks. Additional fees may apply for excessive matting, fleas/ticks, difficult handling, or special circumstances. Perrita Bonita Pet Grooming is not responsible for pre-existing medical or skin conditions revealed during the grooming process. In the event of a medical emergency, I may seek veterinary care at the owner’s expense if the owner cannot be reached immediately. Payment is due upon completion of services. By scheduling an appointment, clients agree to these policies and terms.
