All appointments are not confirmed until approved by Perla . All appointments are required to pay a deposit of 40% of the service picked to confirm appointment. Clients have 10 MINUTES grace time after the 10 mins mark your appointment will automatically be CANCELLED with a non refundable deposit and will be required to pay NEW deposit to book . However, Clients MUST cancel or reschedule appointments 24 hours before the appointment start time and the deposit will automatically be transferred to the new appointment.
