By booking and receiving lash extension services from Perfection (the “Provider”), you (the “Client”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before your appointment. 1. Acknowledgment of Risks Lash extensions involve the application of synthetic or natural fibers to the natural lashes using professional-grade adhesive. While Perfection follows best practices to ensure safety and hygiene, the Client understands that there are potential risks, including but not limited to: Eye irritation, redness, or swelling Allergic reactions to adhesives or other materials used Sensitivity or discomfort during or after application Natural lash damage or premature lash loss Infection, particularly if aftercare instructions are not followed properly The Client acknowledges and accepts these risks voluntarily. 2. Medical Conditions and Allergies The Client confirms that they have disclosed any known allergies, medical conditions, eye conditions, or sensitivities that may affect their suitability for lash extensions. Perfection is not responsible for any reaction or issue arising from information that was not disclosed prior to the service. 3. Results and Appearance Lash extension outcomes vary based on natural lash type, eye shape, and aftercare. The Client understands that: Results may not exactly match photographs, inspiration images, or previous sets Some inconsistencies or imperfections may occur during application Natural lash shedding can affect appearance and retention Perfection strives for high-quality results but cannot guarantee specific outcomes. 4. Aftercare Responsibility The Client agrees to follow all aftercare guidelines provided by Perfection, which may include: Avoiding oil-based products near the eye area Not rubbing, pulling, or sleeping directly on lashes Avoiding water, steam, or sweating for 24–48 hours after application Improper care may lead to lash loss or damage. Perfection is not responsible for retention issues due to poor aftercare. 5. Liability Waiver The Client releases and holds harmless Perfection, its owner(s), employees, contractors, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities related to: Adverse reactions to products or materials used Eye or skin irritation Damage to natural lashes Dissatisfaction with the appearance or outcome of the service This waiver applies to all lash services rendered by Perfection. 6. Refund Policy All lash services are non-refundable. If the Client experiences an issue or concern, they are encouraged to contact Perfection within 48 hours. Any corrective action or removal will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and is at the discretion of the technician. 7. Photography Consent (Optional) The Client consents to before-and-after photos of their lashes being taken for documentation, training, or marketing purposes. If the Client does not wish to have photos used publicly, they must inform Perfection in writing before the appointment. By proceeding with the lash extension service, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted these Terms and Conditions
