A $2000 JMD non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received. Rescheduling must be requested at lease 24 hours before your appointment. Deposit maybe transferred once to an available new date, same day rescheduling or failure to attend will result in the loss of your deposit. A 1 hour grace period is allowed. After the 1 hour grace period, a late fee may apply which is a $1000. Sundays and Holidays a extra $1000 fee is charged No show forfeit their deposit and will need to pay a new deposit to book again. All new wigs should be dropped off 2-3 days before your appointment, please ensure your wig is clean once you’re doing a reinstall. Come with your hair wash we don’t offer washing service as yet Photos and/or videos may be taken at the end of your service for business and social-media content. Please let us know before your appointment if you do not wish to be featured.
