Rescheduling: Up to 48 hours before appointment. Late changes or no-shows will forfeit the deposit. Private Studio: No children or additional guests. Please arrive on time; late arrivals over 15 mins will result in cancellation. Consultation: Compulsory for clients who had previous PMU in the same area where more work is requested. Preparation: Arrive without makeup on the treatment area. Phones on silent; earphones welcome. Health & Liability: Disclose medical history.
