Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Failure to attend or provide reasonable grounds, you'll be required to pay 50% of the grooming charge.

It was the first time I’d taken Tess to Jodie, what can I say, I had nothing to worry about. Jodie did such a good job of grooming Tess, and it didn’t take much more than an hour. I’m very pleased 😌

We’ve been taking our dog Pepper to Jodie for a long time now and  she always does a great job . Pepper is a nervous dog usually but she is very at ease when she visits for her grooming. Highly recommend using Perfect Pooch

Monty had a lovely time having his nails trimmed this morning. The groomer was really friendly and had such a soft touch. I've never seen my dog calmer during such procedure. He had a very nice biscuit, some lovely cream put on his paws and very nice perfume sprayed all over him at our request. We couldn't be happier! The whole experience was also very quick and efficient and we will most certainly be back! Thank you so much for looking after him :)

Jodie’s been grooming my dogs for almost 2 years now and we’d be lost without her. They PULL to go in and see her and they always get picked up with waggy tails and great grooming - thank you!
