* A non-refundable $20 deposit is required upon booking, which will be applied towards your final total on the day of.

* When booking, your bank may show a temporary authorization hold for the remaining balance. 𝗢𝗡𝗟𝗬 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗗𝗘𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗜𝗧 𝗜𝗦 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗥𝗚𝗘𝗗 𝗔𝗧 𝗕𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚. **

*Please note that all services are NON-REFUNDABLE. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

*If you are unhappy with your service, we kindly ask that you notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. If appropriate, we may offer a complimentary adjustment or correction, which must be scheduled within 3 days of the original service.

*Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction based on personal preference, changes of mind, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

* We may cancel or reschedule your confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as possible. 

* I have a 15 minutes grace period. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. 𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗯𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲.

* If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. 

* All deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited in the event of a no-show or cancellation.
