Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the booked service, payable prior to any future appointments. Pegan’s Salon reserves the right to modify services and pricing without prior notice. We strive to maintain a safe and welcoming environment; disruptive behavior may result in the termination of services. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
