•Clients are to cancel or reschedule appointments if needed at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. • Deposits are non refundable, only transferable • 10 minute grace period. Any time later is a $10 late fee. After 20 minutes appointment is cancelled. Same on my part if anything comes up and I arrive late, I will discount your service. •Please come inside at your appointment time, NOT 5 minutes early, not 5 minutes late!! •No-shows without prior notice will result in a 50% of the service (along with your next deposit) to be charged in order to book again. I will automatically block you from booking online so you have to message me if you want to book again. •Fill-in services apply only to sets no older than three weeks; older sets will be charged as new.
