Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments 48 hours before start time. Within 48 hours of cancellation 50% payment will be charged. Cancellations under 24hours 100% payment will be charged. Timings are a rough guide and not always accurate for offers. There will be a slight price increase starting 1st January. Appointments already booked will follow the new prices.
