By booking with Pawsitively Perfect Pet Spa, you agree to these Policies & Terms, and Pawsitively Perfect Pet Spa may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. We require a card on file at the time of booking, and a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment value may be charged for a late cancellation or no-show, and clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy; late cancellations (less than 24 hours) and no-shows may incur a fee.

A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. 

No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Personal and booking information is collected solely to provide the service and is not shared with third parties except as required to process payments or by law. Looking forward to seeing you.

I take my dog each month for the emmi teeth cleaning treatment and am more than happy with the service. Very friendly, welcoming, professional and happy to answer any questions I may have.
