Pawfectly Groomed Little Paws terms and conditions

New customers are required to send 50% booking fee for the first couple of times once this has been paid I will send confirmation of booking. 

Cancellation fees
The owner will be charged a fee of 50% of groom if they cancel within 48hrs or don't show up for an appointment. If the fee isn’t paid I will no longer book any future appointments.

Additional charges
The owner may be charged extra for certain services, such as de matting as this requires more work if more than 5% matted and this charge is £15 on top of the full groom this is the only option as it’s very painful and detrimental to the welfare of your dog. 

Time Keeping
Pawfectly Groomed Little Paws works to a strict time frame to ensure that your dog receives ample grooming time and one-to-one care. We expect to admit you at your given appointment time, if you are early we may not be able to grant immediate access and would ask that you wait until you allocated time. Likewise, if you are more than 15 minutes late we will may have to refuse your groom on welfare grounds as rushing the groom may lead to unnecessary stress and possible injury. A fee equal to the cost of 50% of groom will be incurred. If you are more than 15 minutes late collecting your dog a late collection charges will be incurred of £5 for every 15 minutes.


Fleas & Ticks
Pawfectly Groomed Little Paws is proud to be a tick/flea free environment. If your dog is known to have a parasitic infestation, we ask that your grooming appointment is rescheduled to a time when your pet is free from said infestation. 48 hours notice must be provided to avoid a cancelation charge. We recommend that you contact your veterinary surgeon to provide you with the best recommended treatment. If fleas are found on your dog, we will use a flea shampoo and be required to do additional disinfection of our premises and equipment. An additional £15 will be charged to your bill. If ticks are found an additional £5 will be charged to include removal. We will not be held responsible for any infection caused by the tick or removal thereof.

Please can all payments be made either before collecting or on collection for the services I have provided. 


Fantastic grooming service from Annemarie. Our Piper looks so lovely after her treatment. So much dense hair removed, ears cleaned, tootsies clipped. She was just really chilled too. Thank you Annemarie, can't recommend you highly enough xx

Anne Marie is an amazing groomer. Teddy can be a nervous dog when separated but she is so calm and caring with him. His cut is always amazing and as a Cockerpoo he goes every 6 weeks. Love that it's just your dog there as well, so he isn't there hours which adds to that anxiety. Would not go anywhere else 🩵

My dog is quite a nervpus dog but she seemed to be quite relaxed when she came out! She smells lovely too x
