-Cancellations and Rescheduling: We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. 

-Late Arrivals: Arriving late may result in a shortened service time or the need to reschedule your appointment to ensure that other clients are not inconvenienced. Please contact us if you anticipate being late.

-No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be marked as a no-show and may be required to pay a deposit for future bookings.

-Service Guarantee: We are committed to providing excellent service. If you are not satisfied with your haircut or service, please let us know before you leave the shop, and we will make it right.

-Health and Safety: Your health and safety are our top priority. We follow strict hygiene protocols and use sterilised equipment for each client. If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment for the safety of our staff and other clients.

Personal Information: Your personal information is secure with us. We will not share your details with any third parties and will only use them to manage your booking and provide you with updates and promotions.

EXCELLENT Service, Both me and my son have had haircuts within the last weeks after being feed up with the Turkish barbers.
