Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice are considered a late cancellation and may result in a cancellation fee. A no-call, no-show will result in forfeiture of any deposit paid and no future appointments will be accepted. Deposits are required at the time of booking to reserve an appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the scheduled service total. Payment for remaining service balance is required at the time of appointment. Paulina’s Nail Bar reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when booking and attending appointments. By receiving services, clients acknowledge responsibility for proper nail care, maintenance, and adherence to aftercare guidance. Any disputes arising from services or policies will be resolved through arbitration. By booking or receiving services from Paulina’s Nail Bar, clients agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
