Cottage Grove Ave. Chicago, IL Please review the following before booking: • A $50 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. • Deposits may be transferred one time when you reschedule within the required timeframe. • Please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours in advance using the link in your booking confirmation. • Same-day cancellations and no-call/no-shows will forfeit your deposit. • For appointments after 6:00 PM, please text the lash line directly. • Cash and Zelle are accepted. • Please arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup. • If you don’t see your preferred appointment time available, text the lash line at 312-448-3389.
