We specialize in pain management and health maintenance. We want to help minimize or eliminate acute pain while also maintaining a healthy muscular system.

Policy and Terms

Deposits and service fees are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. Clients are still responsible for the full session amount in the event of late cancellations and no-shows. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. Upon Client's initial appointment, you will receive a Welcome email from palmskneaded@gmail.com with all necessary instructions, intake forms, waivers, and directions. Please note: To access the massage room, the client will have to use stairs. No ramp is available. Light Therapy uses different color light wavelengths to stimulate the body's cells to promote healing and cell rejuvenation. Some skincare benefits may include but are not limited to: collagen boosting, wrinkle reduction, redness/inflammation reduction, dark spot reduction, firms skins, reduction of pores, treats eczema and acne, etc. Disclaimer: Light therapy isn't appropriate for everyone. If you have any skin cancer, any other conditions, or are on medications, ask your doctor if it is right for you. *Specific eyewear must be worn during the entirety of the treatments to avoid damage to the eyes.

Targeted trigger point therapy to decrease or eliminate muscle adhesions (tight bundles of muscles) with hands, elbows, tools, etc. Pressure points will be deliberately held for several seconds before releasing, generating a rush of blood flow and oxygen to targeted sites.
