Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking. 

Rescheduling your appointment requires at least 4 hour notice. Otherwise, a new deposit is required.  This can be done by phone call or on booking link only.

Please no unsupervised children under the age of 13. 

For your first visit please arrive 5-10 minutes for welcoming papers ✨
