Foreign backfill

Foreign backfill is any work that is not of my own. Another nail salon or nail tech applied nail product that may not be the same as mines. Therefore, during this service I do not guarantee my work nor the end look and the durability of the nails and or any reaction the client may have due to the mixture of different products being used. A soak off is always recomended when switching nail techs.

Nail cut down/reshape

Cut/File down; client requesting a decent legnth of orignal nails enhancement being cut /file down. For example; going from a Medium to a Short. Reshape; client has square nails but request to change them to coffin,stiletto, and or etc.

Soak off

Soak of varies on time.. could take 30 mins or an 1hr. The longer or more the client can handle fingers placed in hot towel the faster the nail enhancement will come off. Unless if MMA product was used by previous nail tech. This includes a quick nail clean up after the soak off.

Anything different from the natural nail tip used and natural nail shape. Therefore, if clients ask for square nails during application process then changes their mind to stiletto, or any shape other than square, you will be charged.
