Terms of Service – Pet Grooming Mi Mundo
1. Introduction
Welcome to Pet Grooming Mi Mundo, located at 2351 N Alvernon Way Suite 185, Tucson, AZ.

By accessing or using our pet grooming and care services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Pet Grooming Mi Mundo and its clients, establishing mutual rights and responsibilities.

2. Services offered
Pet Grooming Mi Mundo specializes in personalized canine grooming and wellness, tailoring each service to the individual needs of each pet.

Our services include, but are not limited to:
✔️ Specialized bathing with natural products
✔️ Personalized haircut and styling
✔️ Nail trimming and filing
✔️ Ear cleaning and dental care
✔️ De-shedding and sensitive skin treatments
✔️ Daycare
✔️Boarding

We are committed to providing the highest level of care and well-being to each pet in our care.

3. Appointment and Cancellation Policy
📅 Reservations:

Appointments must be scheduled through our website, phone, or in person.
Availability is subject to demand and prior confirmation.
🚫 Cancellations and Rescheduling:

Appointment changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
If you do not cancel on time, a 50% charge of the booked service will apply.
⏳ Late Arrivals:

If the client is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment could be cancelled or rescheduled based on availability on the day.
If there is no availability to reschedule, the 50% cancellation fee will apply.
⚠️ Difficult or Aggressive Pets:

If a pet shows aggression or extreme stress, the service may be suspended for the safety of the pet and the team.
In this case, the owner is still responsible for 50% of the payment for the reserved service.

4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a safe and smooth experience, the client must:
✔️ Provide truthful information when scheduling the appointment.
✔️ Report any behavioral issues or special needs.
✔️ Keep mandatory vaccinations up to date for the safety of your pet and our staff.
✔️ Ensure that the pet does not have any contagious health problems before your appointment.
✔️ Be responsible for any damage caused by your pet in our facilities.

5. Use of products and allergies

At Pet Grooming Mi Mundo, we use products of natural origin to ensure the well-being of your pet.

🐾 Allergies and reactions:

If your pet has known allergies, the owner must inform us before the service.
We are not responsible for allergic reactions to products if they were not previously informed.

6. Payment Methods and Refunds
💳 Accepted payment methods:

Credit/debit cards.
Electronic payments.
Cash.
🚫 Refunds:

We do not offer refunds once the service is completed, except in exceptional cases and at the discretion of Pet Grooming Mi Mundo.

7. Authorization for Publication of Photos
📷 Photography and social networks:

We can take photographs of the pets during the service for promotional purposes.
If the owner does not want their pet to be photographed, they must inform us before the appointment.

8. Disclaimer
🐶 At Pet Grooming Mi Mundo, we take care of each pet with love and professionalism, but we are not responsible for:

Pre-existing medical conditions.
Adverse reactions to treatments if we were not previously informed.
Injuries resulting from illnesses or conditions hidden by the owner.

Clients are encouraged to provide complete medical information about their pet prior to each service.

📅 Política de citas, reprogramaciones y cancelaciones

Las citas pueden ser  programadas por teléfono, en persona o por nuestra página web.

Los cambios o cancelaciones deben hacerse con al menos 24 horas de anticipación.

Si no cancelas a tiempo, se aplicará un cargo del 50% del servicio reservado.

🐾 Reprogramaciones:

Puedes cambiar tu cita hasta dos veces.

La primera vez puedes hacerlo sin ningún cargo si avisas con 24 horas de anticipación.

La segunda vez también puedes cambiarla, pero ya no podrás cancelarla ni moverla otra vez.

👉 Si no te presentas o no avisas con anticipación, pierdes tu depósito, sin excepción.

⏰ Llegadas tardías:

Si llegas con más de 15 minutos de retraso, la cita podría cancelarse o reprogramarse según disponibilidad.

Si no hay espacio para reprogramar, se aplicará un cargo del 50%.

⚠️ Mascotas difíciles o agresivas:

Si tu mascota presenta comportamiento agresivo o estrés extremo, podremos suspender el servicio por seguridad, nuestra y de su mascota.

En ese caso, el cliente será responsable del 50% del valor del servicio reservado.

💳 Métodos de pago y reembolsos

Aceptamos tarjetas, pagos electrónicos y efectivo.

No se ofrecen reembolsos una vez finalizado el servicio, salvo en casos excepcionales y a discreción de Pet Grooming Mi Mundo.

📷 Autorización de fotos

Podemos tomar fotografías de las mascotas durante el servicio para redes sociales.
Si no deseas que se publique la foto de tu mascota, por favor infórmanos antes de la cita.

🧼 Productos y alergias

Usamos productos naturales y de alta calidad.

AMAZING! What a find! My two labradoodles had a complete makeover and came home wagging their tails! I really appreciate that their hair was hand-cut, instead of shaved.  The environment is relaxed and pleasant so the dogs were relaxed and happy. The price was super reasonable. Double thumbs up!

This has to be one of the best groomers in Tucson, I have been taking my golden doodles for over a year now and they are always so nice and my dogs are always happy and beautiful when they leave. They are true masters at their profession.

Have taken my three dogs to mi mundo and have never been disappointed. My expectations are always surpassed. I love going and seeing my fur babies excited to be there. Not once have I come home with them having cuts but I’m sure if an accident were to happen they would let me know. Overall I love going there because of how warm and welcoming the owners are they truly connect with you, it’s nice not being seen as just a paying customer but as a  valued customer.

I love this place! They always go above and beyond with all of my dogs, including my moms. Very attentive and I love the fact that they are willing to deal with my fiesty one, I always used to have an issue with other groomers taking her in. This Salon has been god sent. My Standard Chipotle has never looked better and actually looks forward to  his grooming.  Arai and Carlos  are masters in there craft , give them a try you’ll find yourself in full agreement.

I took in my 11-year-old pup, Nikolaj, who is usually a nervous nelly. The staff at Mi Mundo were kind and gentle with him and made us both feel very safe. Will definitely be making Mi Mundo our go-to groomers.

I moved to Tucson several months ago. I have an Aussie Doodle who requires trips to the “poodle parlor.” He is a rescue and he has some security / anxiety issues so it’s very important that whoever grooms him does so with compassion. For me, it’s not just about “does his haircut look good,” it’s also about “how is he treated.”
The Dynamic Duo at Mi Mundo are  sweet, kind people who really care about the dogs. Winston always comes looking away great, and I know he’s getting great care. 🐾 

This place is so great! My dog gets really nervous when she is groomed. Everyone was so kind and loving with her. She got through it without a lot of anxiety, which was entirely because of the gentle way she was treated. And they did a great job too-she looks beautiful now and her coat is really shiny and clean!

You did a wonderful job with our dogs. Both seemed relaxed and happy after their grooming and they looked fabulous, so we will return to your salon.

This is the best place to get your dog groomed!! They are so friendly and take much love and care into grooming. I brought my husky who needed a de shed and they took two coats off of her which no other place would anytime I take my husky somewhere else they would still leave her with hair shedding but not this place 10/10. I also brought my toy poodle and they gave her the best hair cut ever I wanted her to look like a bear and they did not disappoint!!! Very satisfied!! 100% recommend!!!

It was my first time taking my Golden Retriever to this 
grooming place.  I felt so good leaving him there and when 
I picked him up he looked so beautiful.  The place is very clean and he was done 1 hr.  I recommend this place. 

The best in town! Great service and the owners are so nice to my dogs❤️  my dogs are always happy after their bath. I fully recommend this place, thank you always for pampering my dogs and make them feel like home.
