I am thankful for her taking the time to go over what I was looking for in regards to my desired style for Roscoe, as well as checking in with him to make sure she understood the best method for him throughout the process. She also was great with check-in's at every step of the grooming process with Roscoe. She made sure I was happy with what what being done as well as letting me know when he needed breaks. ”
