Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may result in a fee. OutLashed is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. All services provided are at the client's own risk. Payment is due at the time of service.
