🗓️ Appointment Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a forfeited session. (All sessions included in the package must be used within 6 months of purchase. Any unused sessions after this period will be forfeited and are non-refundable).

Deposits: All deposits AND payments are non-refundable.
Exception: If your service specialist reschedules or cancels your appointment, your deposit will be refunded or transferred to a new appointment.

Late Arrivals:
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be charged a $25 late fee or cancellation. 

No-Show Policy:
Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will no longer be able to book. (if you have a package a no call no show is considered a forfeited session).

Hygiene Expectations:
Clients are expected to come hygienically prepared for all appointments.

Exceptions:
We understand that emergencies can occur. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any extenuating circumstances.￼

I am currently getting massages at Opulent Mirage, and I’ve had a great experience. The therapist is professional, caring, and very knowledgeable. Her massages have really helped reduce my swelling and made me feel much more comfortable during my recovery. After each session, I feel lighter and better overall. I highly recommend this place for post-op care and recovery massages.


2nd day post op massage,  my body feels a whole lot lighter. I saw results from the 1st day! Opulent is your place for massages. 

Blair was very warm and friendly and her level of professionalism is top tier .. She gives u advice on your post op journey and what should be done for great results ..I felt 100% better after my session ...  I highly recommend!!
