🗓️ Appointment Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. (All sessions included in the package must be used within 6 months of purchase. Any unused sessions after this period will be forfeited and are non-refundable).

Deposits: All deposits AND payments are non-refundable.
Exception: If your service specialist reschedules or cancels your appointment, your deposit will be refunded or transferred to a new appointment.

Late Arrivals:
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be charged a $25 late fee.￼

No-Show Policy:
Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will be charged a fee (if you have a package a no call no show is considered a session).

Hygiene Expectations:
Clients are expected to come hygienically prepared for all appointments.

Exceptions:
We understand that emergencies can occur. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any extenuating circumstances.￼

Blair was very warm and friendly and her level of professionalism is top tier .. She gives u advice on your post op journey and what should be done for great results ..I felt 100% better after my session ...  I highly recommend!!
