At Onyx Salon, we are committed to providing luxury, professionalism, and excellence with every service. To ensure fairness and smooth operations for all clients, please review our policies below carefully.

By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms:



## 💳 PAYMENT POLICY

**1. First-Time Clients**
All first-time clients are required to **pay in full before services begin.**
This secures your appointment and protects our time and products.

**2. Bank Transfers**
If paying via bank transfer, a **50% non-refundable deposit** is required to secure your appointment.
Your appointment will NOT be confirmed until the deposit is received.

The remaining balance must be paid **before or at the start of your service.**

## 💵 NO REFUND POLICY

All services are **final sale.**

Due to the nature of beauty services:

* We do **not offer refunds** on completed services.
* If there is a concern, it must be communicated within **24 hours** of your appointment so we can assess and correct it if necessary.

We stand behind our work and are happy to fix legitimate service concerns — but refunds will not be issued.

* Cancellations must be made at least **24 hours before your appointment.**
* Deposits are **non-refundable** for late cancellations or no-shows.
