Each appointment is thoughtfully tailored to your pet’s individual needs, from precision breed-specific styling to restorative baths, coat treatments, and detailed finishing. I take a gentle, patient approach to ensure a calm and positive experience—especially for pets who may feel anxious in traditional salon settings. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. ⏳ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee based on the scheduled service total. 🚫 No-Show Policy Failure to be present at the time of your appointment and upon my arrival will result in a service charge. Future bookings may require full prepayment. ⏰ Arrival Window & Delays As a mobile, in-home service, arrival times may vary slightly due to traffic or prior appointments. Clients will be notified of any delays. A reasonable arrival window is expected. If a client is not ready or causes delays upon arrival, the appointment may be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled, and fees may still apply. 🏡 In-Home Appointment Requirements As an in-home mobile groomer, I travel to you. Please ensure: • Your pet is available at the scheduled time • A safe, quiet, and suitable space is provided for grooming • Working access to water and/or electricity if needed • Accurate address, parking access, and contact information is provided If a safe or workable environment is not available, services may be declined and a fee may apply. 🚗 Parking & Access Clients must provide safe and legal parking close to the service location. Any paid parking, tickets, or towing risks incurred during the appointment will be the responsibility of the client. 🐾 Pet Behavior & Safety Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priority. If a pet displays aggressive behavior or grooming cannot be completed safely, services may be stopped at any time. A partial service fee may still apply based on time and work completed. Clients must disclose any history of aggression, anxiety, biting, or medical conditions prior to the appointment. ✂️ Matting & Coat Condition Policy At One Natural Breeze, humane grooming is always prioritized. Severely matted coats restrict airflow, pull tightly on the skin, and can hide irritation or injury. In these cases, de-matting is not always safe or humane, and a full shave-down may be required. By booking, you acknowledge and agree: • Matted coats may be shaved down for the pet’s safety and comfort • Shave-downs may result in minor nicks, irritation, or exposure of pre-existing skin conditions • Severely matted grooms require additional time, care, and equipment use • Additional fees may apply based on coat condition and severity Final service scope is confirmed upon in-person coat assessment. One Natural Breeze reserves the right to refuse de-matting if it causes unnecessary stress or pain. 🩺 Health & Medical Conditions Clients must inform of any medical conditions, injuries, sensitivities, or senior-related concerns prior to grooming. If a pet appears sick, injured, or unfit for grooming, services may be postponed or declined for the pet’s safety. In the event of a medical emergency, you authorize One Natural Breeze to seek veterinary care if necessary. Any veterinary costs are the responsibility of the pet owner. 💳 Payments & Remaining Balances Remaining balances are due immediately upon completion of services. Accepted payment methods will be provided at booking. Failure to submit payment may result in denied future services and possible collection actions. 📸 Photos & Media Release Photos or videos of your pet may be taken for quality, training, or promotional use (social media, website, marketing). If you prefer your pet not be featured, please notify prior to your appointment. 🧼 Sanitation & Flea/Tick Policy If fleas, ticks, or parasites are found during the appointment: • Grooming may be stopped or modified • Additional cleaning protocols may be required • Additional fees may apply
