Cancellation Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Please note: Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations are made with less than 48 hours’ notice. Deposits are also non-refundable in the event of a no-show. Registration: Rider registration forms must be completed prior to your first lesson. General Information: Horse riding is a risk sport and carries an element of unpredictability. While we take every possible step to ensure the safety of our clients, staff, and property, horses are living animals and may react unexpectedly. By attending sessions or visiting the yard, all clients and visitors acknowledge and accept that participation is at their own risk and that there is a possibility of personal injury or loss.
