Policy and Terms

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOU’VE SELECTED THE CORRECT SERVICE WHEN BOOKING. If you require a removal of a previous set I’ve done (returning client), please book the service with the removal included. 1. For privacy reasons, the exact location of the studio is not immediately disclosed. The address will be shared with you via text 24 hours before your appointment. 2. There is a 10-minute grace period to each appointment. Any lateness past the grace period will be considered a no-show. Please communicate with me before your appointment if you anticipate any delays. 3. I do NOT do removals for sets that are NOT DONE BY ME. Please arrive to your appointment with all foreign gels removed. 4. PAYMENT METHODS: Cash or Zelle ONLY. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances, including last-minute cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows. If you need to reschedule/cancel, please TEXT OR DM ME at least 24 hours in advance — rescheduling is allowed once only. After this window, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new appointment (with a new deposit) will be required. OkeiNails reserves the right to refuse service in the event of any issues.
