Oily Touch Loc Care – Cancellation Policy At Oily Touch Loc Care, we strive to operate in business with integrity and character. We will respect your time and ask that you respect ours. Please review our policy below: 🔑 COMMUNICATION IS KEY 🔑 72 Hour Notice – Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your appointment. Late Cancellation with Reschedule – If you cancel within 72 hours but reschedule, a 10% inconvenience fee will apply and will be due prior to service. Cancellation with no Reschedule – If you cancel within 72 hours and do not reschedule, a 15% inconvenience fee will apply. Clients will not be able to schedule in the future until this fee is paid and a 50% deposit will be required to book.. No-Call/No-Show – Missed appointments without notice will result in a 25% fee of the scheduled service. One opportunity to schedule in the future will be granted once the fee is paid. Booking will need to be done personally via phone call and full payment will be required for service. Extenuating Circumstances – We understand that emergencies happen.
