Melissa is bloody brilliant Im a wreck when I 1st walk in but mins later she has be laughing, which relaxes me rand with her beautiful calming voice before we start.
Struggling if it hurts Melissa comforts me saying  I’m doing great, well done, it’s so comforting, and I respect how Melissa explains everything in detail from preparing in front of you explaining step by step what’s she’s going to do before she starts and what she’s doing as she goes through procedures.
