Policy and Terms
‼️ATTENTION ‼️for DECEMBER 24 any appointment made on that day is +$20 HOLIDAY FEE ‼️ By booking an appointment with OhMyLash & ItzBrisNails, you agree to the following policies: A $10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment, confirming that you have read and understood our policies. No deposit means no appointment. A valid ID and credit card must be on file when booking. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for your deposit to transfer. No-shows will result in forfeiture of your deposit. A 10-minute grace period applies to appointments; after this, your appointment will be canceled. No-shows without prior contact and cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% charge to the card on file. Please communicate any issues with your lashes and specify the desired set when booking. Fills require at least 60% of lashes remaining; otherwise, a full set price will apply. No refunds are offered for any services provided.
