OPE Dog Salon

By booking with OPE Dog Salon, you acknowledge that appointment requests are subject to approval by the groomer. Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by OPE Dog Salon. All first appointments must be booked online. We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy. Deposits are refundable provided cancellation is made within the permitted cancellation window. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Payment is due at the time of service, accepted payment methods are cash, credit/debit, tap, link to phone and paypal. Applicable platform fees may apply. Pricing is estimated and may change based on temperament, coat condition, and the amount of time required to provide the service. Dogs must remain on a two- to eight-week schedule to receive discounts, including 10% off after five appointments. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. Each dog must be leashed or crated, current on vaccinations, and manageable. Dogs may be dropped off when OPE Dog Salon opens but must be picked up within one hour of completion unless arrangements are made with the groomer in advance; dogs not picked up according to this policy will be charged $1 per minute beginning one hour after the pickup text. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Personal and booking information is collected solely to provide the service and is not shared with third parties except as required to process payments or by law. Looking forward to seeing you.
