New clients must complete the consultation forms sent to them after they book before their appointment date. It is up to the client to inform of any medical information changes. 

Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Less than this and they will lose the £10 deposit.

From the music, lighting to the scent. It created the perfect calming atmosphere and made the whole experience feel really special.

The massage itself was so good - you can tell how much care goes into what Hev does. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed.

Just had my first massage with Hev and it was amazing, I opted for a facial massage as I suffer with stress and migraines and have been told to, well, try to chill the F out a bit. Massage has never been my go to for relaxation as I struggle with sensory issues but this was incredible! 

Hev listened to my concerns and tailored the session toy needs, I absolutely love that you can pick your own music, lights and scent too. 

I'll definitely be booking again.
