By booking online, you agree to the following policies: • A $35 non-refundable deposit per service booked will be charged to the card on file at the time of booking to secure your appointment. • Online bookings include a separate $1.20 processing fee charged by the booking platform. This fee goes directly to the platform and does not apply toward your remaining balance. Only the $35 deposit will go toward your appointment total. • If preferred, you may also contact me directly to book your appointment instead of booking online. In that case, the original deposit methods below may be used: Zelle: [email protected] Cash App: $nxilsbyitzel • Failure to send the deposit immediately after booking directly with me may result in your appointment being canceled. • The remaining balance is due in cash on the day of your appointment. If paid through another payment method, a 10% fee will be added. • You are allowed a 15-minute grace period. If there is no communication within the first 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be lost. If you communicate that you are running late, I will wait. A $1 per minute late fee applies after the grace period. • If you cancel part of your appointment (for example, canceling toes but keeping nails), your deposit will be applied to the canceled service since that time cannot typically be filled last-minute. • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to retain your deposit. Late cancellations result in the deposit being non-refundable and applied to the canceled portion of the appointment. • No call/no shows must pay the full missed balance before rebooking. Afterward, a 50% deposit will be required for future appointments. • Please send your inspo or service request at least 1 week before your appointment so I can provide an estimate and confirm availability for the design requested. • Do not come with nails on unless you booked a soak off or fill service. • A maximum of 2 guests is allowed due to limited space. No children under 10 years old. Please notify me ahead of time if you plan to bring guests. • If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule to help maintain a safe environment. • All services follow strict sanitation and hygiene protocols. By booking, you confirm that you understand and agree to all policies listed above. These policies are in place to protect your time, my time, and ensure the best experience for every client.
