By booking with Nude Braids Studio, you agree to these Policies & Terms. Nude Braids Studio may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Please arrive on time; arriving late may shorten your service or require rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible; late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee. Please keep in mind that deposits are non-refundable. Appointment Prep Instructions: Please arrive with hair freshly washed, fully detangled, and blow-dried unless a prep service was added. Avoid heavy oils, grease, or product buildup before your appointment. A lightweight, leave-in conditioner is ok. Deposit Policy A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits will go toward your remaining balance. Lateness Policy Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on scheduling availability. Same-Day Cancellation Policy Same-day cancellations result in forfeiture of the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable. No-Show Policy No-call/no-show appointments will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may require full payment before future bookings. Guest Policy To maintain a comfortable and focused environment, please do not bring additional guests to your appointment unless approved in advance. Kids Policy For safety and to ensure a relaxing appointment experience, no children are allowed. Rescheduling Policy Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.
