Policy and Terms
When booking a $30 non-refundable deposit is required, and You are allowed one chance to reschedule then after your deposit becomes void. Rescheduling must be done 24 hours before your appointment is scheduled to begin. Same-day & Sunday Appointments a convenience fee of $30 will be added to the final cost of the service. ( For same- day appointments please call for availability ) After Hours Appointments ( Any appointment booked at 6 PM or later is considered after hours) a convenience fee of $30 will be added A late fee of $15 will be added 15 minutes after your allotted appointment time. After 15 minutes, the appointment will be canceled unless there is communication. ( Please respect my time ) No call. No show will result in all payments being void and no opportunity to reschedule !! PLEASE SHOW UP TO YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH CLEAN /WASHED / DRIED / DETANGLED & PRODUCTS FREE HAIR !!!! PLEASE NOTE; I will not be working on dirty hair !!! If your hair is wet a blow out fee will be applied!!!!! NO EXTRA PERSONS ALLOWED!!!!!
