By booking an appointment with Nubia The Spa, you agree to the following terms: A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking. You are allowed one chance to reschedule, after which your deposit becomes void. Rescheduling must be done 24 hours prior to the appointment. Same-day and Sunday appointments will incur a convenience fee of $30. After hours appointments (after 6 PM) will also have a convenience fee of $30. A late fee of $15 will be added 15 minutes after the appointment time. No call, no show will result in void payments and no rescheduling. * For Hair Appointments Clients must arrive with clean, washed, dried, detangled, and product-free hair. Additional fees may apply for dirty or wet hair. * For Wax Clients HOW TO PREP FOR YOUR WAX • Please come with minimum 2 weeks of hair growth or the length of a rice grain. • Gently exfoliate the area that will be waxed. • Shower before your appointment. • Discontinue Retinol products 1 week prior to your wax. • Come to your appointment with loose fitted clothing. • Refrain from applying heavy lotions on the area being waxed. • Avoid Caffine/Alcohol or any substances that may affect your normal state of mind before your wax. No extra persons will be allowed during appointment.
