Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. If you are a new client installing or revamping your existing locks, please give any addition information and provide a photograph of your hair for referencing purposes only.
