When booking your appointment, please indicate whether you would like an email, phone call, or video chat ( additional fee) and note in your message box how you would like your reading to be delivered; always leave correct contact details as it is imperative we have accurate information for communication. FULL PAYMENT is due 30 minutes before your appointment. When full payment is complete , then we will start your service appointment. PLEASE PAY TOTAL COST BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME. No EXCEPTIONS! ✨We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. ✨Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 2 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy. ‼️Deposits are non-refundable ‼️regardless of when the cancellation occurs. ✨You may reschedule your appointment time up to 15 minutes into the appointment and your full charge of service will be moved to the new rescheduled appointment; ✨no additional deposit is required for rescheduling. ✨Appointments not canceled by client ✨will be charged the full price of the services ✨immediately after the scheduled appointment.
