Nocturnal Bloom Esthetics offers personalized facial and waxing services designed to support your skin’s natural rhythm. Our treatments combine advanced skincare techniques with mindful touch, soothing rituals, and a calming environment, creating space for both skin healing and deep relaxation.

Each service is tailored to your unique needs, with a focus on balance, restoration, and visible results. Whether you’re here for a customized facial or expert waxing, our goal is to create a peaceful experience that brings harmony back to your skin and to your day.

We’re located on the first floor, just to the left of the staircase and down the hallway in Suite 110. Free garage and street parking are available for your convenience.

1. Appointment Policy
	•	Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule to ensure you receive the best quality service.
	•	For cancellations or rescheduling, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
	•	All clients are required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

2. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
	•	Deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or fail to show up.
	•	For no-shows or late cancellations, the 50% deposit will not be credited toward future appointments.

     3. Payment Policy
	•	Payments are due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Zelle payment options. If paying with cash, please pay in exact amount. 
	•	Tips are appreciated but not required.

4. Health & Safety Policy
	•	Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before your appointment to tailor your treatment safely.
	•	If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule to ensure the safety of all clients and staff.

5. Refunds
	•	All services are non-refundable, but we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your experience. If you have any concerns, please reach out within 48 hours after your appointment. 
      •      Skincare products are refundable only if they are unopened and in their original packaging. If opened, products are non-refundable.
