APPOINTMENT: Booking confirmations will be sent 24 hours before your appointment. In the event of an emergency requiring rescheduling, a 24-hour notice is required. Failure to provide notice for a missed appointment will result in a $40 NO SHOW fee. After two missed appointments without notice, pre-payment will be required for future bookings. We value your time and strive to provide exceptional service, and ask for mutual respect in scheduling and attendance.
COAT CONDITION: Niy's grooming lab prioritizes your pet's comfort above all else. If your pet’s coat is severely matted, shaving may be required. Please be aware that with very matted fur, there is a heightened risk of clipper burns or cuts, and Niy’s grooming lab cannot be held responsible for any such incidents.

TARDINESS:A $30 late fee will be charged if you arrive more than 10 minutes late. We kindly ask that you respect the groomers' time, as we operate on a tight schedule in our limited space.
PET HEALTH: 
Grooming can sometimes be a stressful experience. Please let us know if your dog has any medical conditions so that we can make the necessary accommodations to ensure their comfort.

As always she does a spectacular job! Today was just a nail trim and anal glands expressed. Done in less than 10 minutes and our Trudy was happy and wagging her tail when she was returned to us.😄 She even had a shiny heart sequin on her booty🥰
