Please note that I am a home-based hairstylist, providing services in a private, professional, and welcoming studio setting. The address will be shared upon confirmation of your appointment. Thank you for your understanding and for choosing to trust me with your hair care needs. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review the following policies: Deposits & Scheduling A deposit is required to secure your appointment date and time. This deposit will be applied to your final balance at the end of your service. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made outside of this window will be considered a no-call, no-show, and the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be applied to a future appointment. Arrival & Late Policy You are provided a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a $5 late fee will be added to your total. If you have not arrived by the 25-minute mark, your appointment will be considered a no-call no-show, and the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be applied to a future appointment. If I am running more than 10 minutes behind, a $5 credit will be applied to your service as a courtesy. Payment Cash payments are welcome; however, please note that coins are not accepted or carried. Hair Preparation Please arrive with pre-washed, product-free hair to ensure the highest quality of service. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the appointment being cancelled and rescheduled. If you choose not to reschedule, the deposit will be forfeited. Guest & Hair Policies To maintain a safe, comfortable, and focused environment, no extra guests are permitted during appointments. Please note that hair is not included with any service. Clients are responsible for providing their own hair. If you need help choosing the correct type, length, or quantity, feel free to reach out before your appointment. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the appointment being cancelled and rescheduled. If you choose not to reschedule, the deposit will be forfeited.
