Deposit
• A non-refundable deposit of 300 rupees is required to secure your lash appointment.
• Lashes Appointments without a deposit are not confirmed.
• Deposit will be deducted from the total service price.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in loss of deposit.
• Repeated last-minute cancellations may require full payment upfront.

No-Show Policy
• Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in 100% charge of the service.
• A new booking will require full payment upfront.

Late Policy

• Please arrive on time to respect other clients.
• If you are more than 10–15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled and deposit will be forfeited.
