Policy and Terms
DEPOSITS. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. On price varies all slots will remain open until deposit is paid, meaning your slot can be taken by an online paying customer. NO SHOW. In the case of a no show you’ll lose any balance paid to the company whether it be a deposit or full payment made. Any cancellations or rescheduling must be done 48 hours before your booking. LATENESS. Late policy, there will be a £20 charge added to your Bill for every 15mins you are late after your set booking time. PERSONAL INFORMATION SHARING. No personal information is allowed to be shared between staff and clients that includes social media profiles and contact numbers, if a stylist is approached for any information in this case the client will be asked to leave and banned from future bookings at the same time if a Member of staff approaches a client please inform a head member of staff.
